Our free range pork mince is made from prime cuts of shoulder and is incredibly tasty. We feel our pork is more superior in flavour and nutrients compared to standard pork products.
This is due to the natural forage based diet of the pigs.

Our free range pork is reared in a system that has health and welfare at its heart. These pigs are not certified organic but have the space to roam and root.
The pigs are reared on a high proportion of pasture approved foods including fresh pasture, local vegetables and Lucerne silage.

The Best Way to Cook Pork Mince
Instructions: Not suitable for microwave cooking. Instructions: Pan fry Heat a little oil in a pan until hot.
Remove mince from packaging and add to pan. Brown the mince, stirring frequently, for 5-6 minutes.
Lower the heat to medium and continue until thoroughly cooked.

ITALIAN MEATBALLS AND TOMATO SAUCE
- 100g of breadcrumbs, slightly stale

- 2 tbsp of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 125ml of dry white wine
300g Tinned Chopped Tomatoes
